i went cycling with my long lost friend of mine , Harrish .
oh yes , he is the hot guy that ask me out the other day .
we went cycling at east coast beach .
thank goodness it was a nice day to cycle .
hahaha !
my legs ache , again .
been running the day before yesterday .
then cycle yesterday .
gah !!!

its like being electricuted at your thigh muscles .
if you know how it feels like being electricuted .
im stuck between running and cycling today .
i think i will run .
and gosh , how to lose wight if i feel hungry everytime .
must stop binging on food now .
im finding for people to go for the CIP this saturday .
sunday morning , they are in need of road marshalls .
hmm ,
interesting .
i dont know if i should invite them .
i mean , they might hate me for what happen the other time .
but i have to give it a try .
ask around and look for volunteers.
meanwhile , let me watch the Commonwealth Games .
kinda cool watching them somersaulting into the pool .
i want to somersault too .
